Highly Favored Eats LLC is a Texas-based cottage-food business specializing in handcrafted seasoning blends.

2. Products & Food Safety

Our products are prepared in a private residence operating under applicable Texas cottage-food laws.

This food is made in a private residence and is not subject to government food safety inspection.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before purchasing or consuming our products.

Although we strive to provide accurate ingredient and allergen information, customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should contact us before purchasing.

We do not guarantee that our products are free from cross-contact with allergens unless expressly stated.

Nothing in these Terms limits our responsibility for accurate labeling, lawful food preparation, or applicable food safety requirements.

3. Ordering & Availability

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Highly Favored Eats LLC.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery limitations.

If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the customer will receive a refund.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

We accept various approved payment methods, including cash, Squarespace POS, Tap to Pay, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Cash, and other payment methods authorized by Highly Favored Eats LLC.

Payment must be completed through an approved method before an order is considered paid.

Applicable taxes and delivery charges, if any, will be disclosed before purchase when required by law.

5. Pickup & Local Delivery

Highly Favored Eats LLC currently offers local pickup and delivery within designated service areas.

Pickup and delivery arrangements are subject to availability and confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and being available at the agreed pickup or delivery time.

We reserve the right to reschedule delivery when necessary due to safety concerns, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We do not offer conventional nationwide shipping under our current Texas cottage-food operation.

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

Customers may cancel orders before they have been released for delivery, delivered, or picked up.

Completed sales are final except for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, available through our website footer.

Nothing in this section limits non-waivable consumer rights.

7. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products, including ingredients, intended uses, weights, and pricing.

Product packaging, appearance, and availability may change.
